The Great Gama


Ghulam Mohammed Baksh (Gama Pehlwan) born on 22 May, 1878 in Amritsar,Punjab in British India. He was 173cm tall and 110kg in weight. He is known for his undefeated wrestling career of more than 50 years. He was awarded Indian version of World heavyweight championship on 15th October 1910. He considered raheem bakhsh sultani wala as his greatest rivalry. All his matches resulted in either a win aur tie game but never once in a defeat. Even Bruce Lee also followed the training routine of the Gama Pehlwan to build such great strength. Some of the exercises he followed are "The Cat Stretch","The Squat".

■ Genghis Khan


Genghis Khan or Chinggis Khan was The founder and 1st great Khan of the Mongol empire, which became the largest contagious empire in history after his death. He got this massive power by uniting many of the nomadic Tribes of North East Asia.
He conquered more than 12 million square kilometres of area which is the approximate area of China, India and Europe together. It is greater than any individual Kingdom in the entire history. 
The green area in the picture shows the land conquered by Genghis khan.


▪Khan's armies may have slaughtered more people than Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler's combined. His military campaigns sometimes involved eliminating an entire civilian population. As many as 40 million people were killed under his rule.
Genghis khan slept with so many women that every 1 out of 200 people is somehow related to him. The picture below shows the density population of his ancestors around the world in modern time.


Jaswant Singh Rawat


Jaswant Singh Rawat (19 August 1941 - 17 November 1962 ) was an Indian rifleman soldier of 4 Gharwal rifles, Uttrakhand who won the Maha vir chakra posthumously at the Battle of Nuranang in the present day Arunachal Pradesh during the 1962 India-China war.
Local people around Tawang area believe that he has become a saint and his spirit protects the area.
The Indian army keeps at least half-a-dozen personnel here to take care of Rawat as if he is alive. He is served bed tea at 4.30 am, breakfast at 9 am and dinner at 7pm.
The post which he held against the Chinese Army was named as Jaswant Garh[1]. Another honor bestowed upon him is that he continues in the service even after death, he has been awarded promotions as if he is still serving the Nation.
According to the legend he killed more than 150 Chinese Soldiers in the battle and the Chinese were so angry with him that they cut off his head back to China. After the ceasefire impressed by the soldier’s bravery, the Chinese returned the head along with a brass bust of Jaswant Singh.
Rawat remained at his post at an altitude of about 10,000 feet (3,000 meters) and held back advancing Chinese troops for three days single-handedly before succumbing to an enemy bullet during the bloody winter war with China in 1962 along the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh.
A major general once refused to pray at his shrine while crossing the area, saying this was just a superstition, but he met with a mysterious road accident a few kilometers away from here and died.
