Kashmir 2019
After the sudden demolition of all the sections of article 370 (except the first one) there has been a huge tension at the global stage. Article 370 which gave special status to Jammu & Kashmir state of India was demolished on 5Th August, 2019. This was a historic step taken by the government of India. J & K was a terror affected place where many terrorists entered with their evil plans. Due to this special status the people from India or could not settle and establish there. The constitution of India was not completely followed there and various anti-National activities used to take place. Due to these activities the locals were deeply affected with unemployment, and other problems, So in order to bring the people in the mainstream and to give huge employment opportunities to the youth there refinement of article 370 was very important.
In order to gain knowledge and develop yourself,
One needs to allow the wisdom from outside.
Now that the article 370 has been refined and almost uprooted there is a temporary curfew situation in many parts of the state to keep watch and stop any kind of violent activities. As per the various news reports situation have become calmer in many areas while some are still at watch.
After the removal of article 370 the state was divided into two different union territories; Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir. People of Ladakh have welcomed the decision with great joy and celebrated the occasion as a festival.
Article 370 was a temporary part of the constitution of India and was supposed to be demolished at some point of time.
When the decision was warmly welcomed by the nation there is always some minds which oppose. Pakistan and some opposition leaders are on of them.
Talking about Pakistan : When Article 370 was a part of Indian Constitution and was an internal matter of a country why are they trying to internationalize the issue and accuse Indian Military for violence against the Kashmiri people.
We should not forget that it is Pakistan where terrorist organizations like Al-Qaeda, Hizbul mujahideen, Jaish-e-Mohammed, etc are established. It was Pakistan who tortured its own citizens before the independence of Bangladesh and still do the same to the people of Baluchistan. In the name of freedom it established terror camp and terrorist launching pads in POK (Pakistan occupied Kashmir).
Today Pakistani ministers claim that the government of India is Hindu minded and does actions against the Muslims. They should not forget that Kashmir is not the only state where Muslims reside.
They and some opposition leaders are trying to give this situation an religions turn in a secular country.
Defence Minister Mr. Rajnath Singh said that if there be any talks with Pakistan it will be over the POK region and only on the POK region.
Both the countries are at a diplomatic and trade war against each other.
The curfew is still there in many regions and network connectivity is down too.
The People in POK are marching rallies against Pakistan and are raising voice for freedom from Pakistan.
War takes lives on both the sides and no one wants it.
It is the situation and some certain mindsets which leads to it.
The people who are badly affected by it include innocent civilians too.
who are trying to make up their lives.
For those innocent souls.
Let there be No War.
