Human Nature and Relations

People, we are always surrounded by them. On a planet with a human population of more than 7 Billion, it is common that we find ourselves connected to a certain someone, someone special, with whom we share a special bond. These special people are either our parents, siblings, friends, teachers, mentors, colleagues, the person we love or the person we have a crush on.

These people attract us towards them with a force similar to gravity. Sometime we coincidently run into them, sometime we are together, times when we are always together, and the times we temporarily separate. But as every stone that is thrown in the air ultimately falls back on the ground, we finally meet up with these people again.

The laws of physics applies here too. People do come back to people they feel connected with, but just like every other field, these relationships have some exceptions too. Just like when an object moves faster than the Escape Velocity it doesn't come back, same things might happen with our relations. Being apart or separated temporarily or even permanently is never the end of anything. "An end of something is always the beginning of something else". It is a cycle of events that just keeps on rotating.

When we find ourselves connected to someone we constantly feel the person whenever they are around and when they are not, we miss them. Sometime missing the person we feel connected to might turn out to be a painful experience. But as the time heals every wound, we get over it too.

As I said earlier that there are more than 7 Billion people on this blue planet, and all of us have come across thousands of people in our life, but only a few are able to make an impact, only a few are able to make a memory or image in our mind which lasts with us throughout our life.

Our families are the bonds we get by birth, while the rest are because of our own actions and feelings. There are times when we get connected with someone whom we regularly encounter with, and there are times when just a short meeting or just an eye contact is enough to do it all.

These people we surround ourselves with have an impact on our personalities as well.
"We are the average of the people we live our lives with."

Being in the company of bright, positive, creative, and energetic people can turn even a gloomy person into a lively one, while being in the company of depressed, complaining, and negative people can ruin even a cheerful good human being.

In the end Humans really are social beings who cannot live without each other. We are beings who fear being abandoned, and left alone. We like to be praised, we like to be complimented, to be taken care of, we like to be missed and to be remembered and for most of us that is enough to make us Happy.
